If any suspicious activity occurs on the player's account, the player's profile may be blocked.
If your profile is blocked, to clarify the situation for which you were blocked, write to us by email support@xdevs.ltd the following information:
1. The name of the game (we receive a lot of requests from players from all our games by email);
2. Your ID (ID is the personal identification number of each player. It is specified in the settings);
3. Your nickname and level (If you do not remember your ID, then the search is performed using this information);
4. Next, describe the problem you are facing.
The player's profile may be blocked by the anti-cheat system, due to suspicious activity in the game or other situations specified in the Rules of the game.
If you see a cheater in battle, then be sure to report it to tech support. Your message should include:
1. The exact nickname of the player you suspect of violating;
2. The reason why you suspect him of violations;
3. Attach screenshots (if any);
4. Battle ID (indicated in the lower right corner during the battle or in the upper left after the battle).
Any information about this player and his violations will help us to deal with the situation as soon as possible.
Leaving battle for any reason is not forbidden by the game rules.
If a player systematically quits the battle to disadvantage his team and has many complaints on such a player, measures may be taken against his profile.
For clarification of the circumstances of the block, you need to contact technical support through the feedback form. When contacting technical support please provide complete information on your blocked profile: server, ID, nickname, level.
